- First, pull from other A&A Floorpads if possible (replacing with Convertibles)
- Only if there is an excess of Movable Walls on those Floorpads.
- If you cannot pull from other Floorpads, set the key areas in Men’s and Women’s:

1 Group (4) Movable Walls to separate All in Motion and Joylab.
- There needs to be enough space to set (1) row of fixtures on the Aisle.
- DO NOT set a bridge between any Movable Wall unless directed in a
future VMG.
2 Set (2) Feature Tables in the front, center of the All in Motion shop and rotate them

to be perpendicular to the main Aisle.
- These tables should be at least (1) Fixture’s length off the Aisle to allow for
easy guest access onto the Floorpad. 3
3 Set (1) Feature Table directly behind the above grouping, leaving space to easily walk 5

4 Set (1) Hurdle on both sides of the front Feature Tables, directly on the main Aisle.

MERCHANDISING:
• Only merchandise the Core (year-round solid colors and black) Contour and Sculpted Legging styles in the Back Wall.
• Styles must be separated because of Activity.
• Fashion styles are merchandised on Tables.
• Within each style (Contour vs. Sculpted):
- First organize by style (Contour has two styles: Contour and Curvy Contour)
- Organize by length - shortest to longest, left to right
• If you are not able to set the presentation as shown, due to a smaller Floorpad, consider the following when adjusting the presentation:
- Prioritize Product
- Do not set Leg Forms (store in Back Room if possible)
- If you need to move a style to an adjacent Floor Fixture, move one entire program (i.e. Sculpted)
- Consider removing ISM Headers, but ensure “Contour” headers are not placed right next to each other to avoid repetitive signs (there should always be a Blank
Header between Headers with Product info.

- TIP: SET BACKER PAPER BEFORE SETTING HARDWARE & PRODUCT.
• Set New! 14 inch Faceout Arms (these are the same that are utilized in Intimates - AX7791) for Shorts; all other styles should set on a Waterfall Arm.
- Attach New! Puck Ends (004550512) directly to existing Waterfalls Arms with ISM set directly on the Puck End (similar to Intimates).
• Header goes in the top notch of your wall hardware, set the first Straight Bar (6) notches below that.
- If you have additional Straight Bars set the ISM then an additional Straight Bar for product.
- Refer to photo to the right, the photo below is not accurate.
• If possible, only use hardware of the same color, however, it is allowed to mix hardware colors based on fixture inventory and what was sent for launch.
