Motorized control valve
The GEMÜ C53 iComLine 2/2-way diaphragm globe valve was developed for precise and demanding
control applications in semiconductor production. The sealing concept of the valve is based on
the tried and tested GEMÜ PD design, with actuator and medium separated by a regulating cone
made of resistant PTFE. As the regulating cone contour, actuator stroke and connection size can be
customized to meet customers' requirements, the GEMÜ C53 iComLine satisfies virtually all control
and flow requirements of the high-tech semiconductor industry.

Process solenoid valve with full pressure compensation
The directly controlled process solenoid valve with complete pressure compensation is suitable for
open/close applications. An innovative double bellows system makes it possible to compensate

The modular GEMÜ 553 distribution valve comprises various globe valve modules. These can be

The single-use GEMÜ SUMONDO valve comprises the GEMÜ SUB diaphragm valve body, which can
be combined with a manual, pneumatic or motorized actuator. After use, the media wetted GEMÜ SUB

Single-use pinch valves
The new GEMÜ Q30, Q40 and Q50 eSyStep single-use pinch valves are distinguished by their
intuitive, safe operation as well as their high quality and service life. The valves guide a tube which
is compressed from above by a compressor to control and regulate media. Due to the specially
developed contour of the compressor, the strain on the tube is minimized and thus the service life of
the tubes is increased.

M-block diaphragm valve with flexible connection system
The GEMÜ P600S M-block diaphragm valve comprises one or more diaphragm valve seats.
These can be equipped with manual, pneumatic or motorized actuators. The downstream media is
isolated using a diaphragm at the valve seat. The various inserts mean that the connections can be
individually selected and replaced. The plastic GEMÜ P600S multi-port valve block is available in
nominal sizes DN 8 to DN 25. Its modular connection point means that it can always be extended.
