the level of material in them so they never run out and proper ratio can be observed. Our pumps use a driven gear and chain design to ensure the

LIMITED EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
U.S. SAWS warrants each new unit to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of factory shipment.
This warranty does not obligate U.S. SAWS to bear any transportation charges or personnel time in connection with the replacement or
repair of defective parts. This warranty does not obligate U.S. SAWS to bear any expense for travel time or for personnel in connection with
service calls.
Accessories or equipment furnished and installed on the product by U.S. SAWS but manufactured by others shall carry the accessory man-
ufacturer’s own warranty.
U.S. SAWS will not, in any event, be liable to the user for any consequential damages arising out of the sale for the loss of use, loss of prof-
its or revenue, interest, lost goodwill or work stoppage.
RETURN / CLAIM POLICY
1. Return of merchandise for credit or exchange must be done within 90 days of receipt. Authorized U.S. SAWS factory personnel must
approve all returns, at which time an RA# (Return Authorization) will be issued. A copy of the RA will then be faxed to the customer to
use as a packing list and to describe any defects.
2. Obsolete parts or special orders will not be accepted for return.
3. Package MUST include a copy of the RA. Merchandise shall be returned freight prepaid unless approved otherwise.
All returns NOT accompanied by an RA# will be refused.
4. Upon arrival, all items will be evaluated for credit. If an item is deemed defective, a credit will be issued toward any replacement
order.
5. Each return will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
6. Any claims of shortage, damage, defects or wrong items must be submitted to U.S. SAWS within 30 days of receipt.
7. Electric motors and gas engines are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. These items should be sent to their respective ser-
vice centers for inspection, repair or replacement when deemed necessary.
8. The customer must submit a claim to the carrier when items are received damaged.
