New Haven Fitness Center Information
Membership includes access to the Fitness Center and use of the cardio equipment, free weights and weight machines.
Program Pass is an all access class pass. This pass is to be used for admittance into any current, active fitness classes
but does not grant access to the fitness membership area. Pass is valid for one month.
NEED A BIT MORE ONE ON ONE
Senior Specialty classes are geared toward senior citizens and are included if you have a premium membership. These
classes are $2 to drop in and participate.
