THE ORIGINAL GUN CLEANING MAT
DYE SUBLIMATION PRINTING
TEKMAT FEATURES Dye sublimation printing uses heat to transfer our designs to a high
quality polyester surface. The image is permanent and does not peel
or fade over time. Another benefit is the dye does not build up on the
fabric and become hard. This means the polyester will remain soft and
not scratch your gun.
THERMOPLASTIC POLYESTER
Thermoplastic polyester is the material we use for the top layer
of our TekMats. It is soft, highly stain resistant, and durable. These
synthetic fibers are tightly woven together to produce a waterproof
and oil-resistant barrier.
VULCANIZED LAMINATE BOND
Our vulcanized laminate bond welds the polyester fabric top, a dense
layer or neoprene, and a rubber substrate together to create an
inseparable bond. Vulcanized rubber bonds are made of cross-links at
an atomic level for extreme durability.
VULCANIZED RUBBER SUBSTRATE
Our vulcanized rubber substrate creates a great non-slip cushion.
Perfect for protecting your firearm and cleaning surface under
the TekMat. The vulcanized rubber is stretch-resistant and
impermeable to water and oil.
