Terminal charges on goods
Base rate. Lease, upgrade and maintenance of terminal area and buildings.
ISO units (container) per unit
ISO units ≤ 20 ft 304 SEK
ISO units > 20 ft 431 SEK
Break bulk cargo (other cargo) per 1 000 kilos
Other cargo 43 SEK
Excluded from charges on goods are empty containers where the container is not the commodity itself.
Security
Security charge covers parts of maintaining the terminal area according to international security standards.
Security charge per unit
Filled ISO units 63 SEK
Free quayside storage
Import units and storage units have 3 working days free of Port Storage. Calculation of Import Port Storage time starts from the next
day from container discharge and ends when container is gate out from the terminal. Weekend days occurring during the free period
are excluded from the calculation but will be charged for after the free period ends.
Example: If container is discharged on Thursday, port storage will be charged as of Wednesday the week after, i.e. Friday, Monday,
and Tuesday are free (first Saturday and Sunday are also free).
Export and transshipment units have 5 working days free of Port Storage. Calculation of Port Storage time starts on the day container
is gate in to the terminal and ends the day before container is loaded on a vessel. Weekend days occurring during the free period are
excluded from the calculation but will be charged for after the free period ends.
Example: Container is gate in on Tuesday and loaded on Wednesday the week after. Port Storage will be charged for 1 day, i.e.
Tuesday the week after gate in. In this case Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Monday free (first Saturday and Sunday are
also free) as well as the day of loading Wednesday is also free.
Temperature controlled units, units containing dangerous goods, and OOG units have the same free Port Storage terms as described
above. Important: Additional storage surcharges apply to this type of units as per Port Tariff (see Storage Surcharges).
Following storage tariffs are applicable outside Free time:

Units containing dangerous goods and/or OOG units are not charged Storage surcharges on the day of container loading or discharge
and will not be debited for the first Saturday and Sunday.
Temperature controlled units are debited storage surcharges from the day of arrival until the day of departure.

of rest at APM Terminals, Gothenburg. Rate is valid working days between 07hrs and 24 hrs. Customs
will assign the payable party.
EU Border Control per unit
Transport to/from EU Border Control 1 237 SEK
Included in the cost is transport from place of rest to EU Border Control, stacking and transport back to
place of rest at APM Terminals, Gothenburg. Rate is valid working days between 07hrs and 24 hrs. EU
Border Control will assign the payable party.
Ventilation site per unit
Transport to/from Ventilation site 1 237 SEK
Included in the cost is transport from place of rest to the ventilation site, stacking and transport back to
place of rest at APM Terminals, Gothenburg. Rate is valid working days between 07hrs and 24 hrs.
Service provider will assign the payable party.
Dangerous Cargo label per label
Containers arriving at the terminal without labels. Supply of labels before entry into the terminal 160 SEK

Applicability of the Terminal Tariff
The Terminal Tariff applies to all business through APM Terminals Gothenburg from 1 January 2019.
Invoice re-handling fee per invoice
Includes issue of credit note and new debit note to new debtor where correct billing party advised after invoicing of
the original invoice 424 SEK
Non-electronic/non-email PDF invoicing per invoice
Invoices sent physically by postal service 102 SEK
Conditions of payment
Payment terms are 20 days from issue date of invoice.
Interest on overdue payments will be charged in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act.
Please quote invoice number when making payment.
Determination of weights and measurements
Charges are calculated on the basis of weights and measurements received in accompanying documentation or an average in general
use in commerce. For any cargoes weighed and/or measured by the terminal, charges are calculated on the basis of the figures
obtained.
Claims
All claims against invoices should be made within 8 days of receipt of the invoice. Please check the web site for the updated
instructions.
VAT
VAT is not included in the tariff rates.
Changes to the Terminal Tariff
We reserve the right to make changes to the Terminal Tariff with 30 days of notice.
Applicability of the General Terms and Conditions
If not set forth otherwise in this Terminal Tariff any services provided by APM Terminals Gothenburg are subject to the general terms and
conditions published at http://www.apmterminals.com/en/operations/europe/gothenburg/information/important-links to the express
exclusion of any language to the contrary in any customer documents, any correspondence or any other form of acknowledgement
referring to other terms and conditions, which are hereby expressly excluded and rejected.
