3. Check the connecting parts and inlet valves of the vacuum
regulators for leaks:
– Open the flexible plastic bottle with ammonia water.
– Slightly press the bottle in a pumping manner, allowing the S1
ammonia mist to rise up. Slowly pass the open ammonia

bottle along gas-leading parts.
– White mist indicates a leak.
– Repair or exchange the leaky component and check the
tightness again.

6.2 Operation modes

6.2.1 Automatic operation mode
Turn switch (S1) to "Auto". Operation starts automatically.
6.2.2 Manual operation mode
Turn switch (S1) to "1" or "2" to set the change-over device to the
desired container battery. The green lamp of the corresponding
container battery lights up.
The manual operation mode disables the automatic
change-over function. The manual operation mode

6.2.3 Manual emergency operation
In case of power failure, the servomotor can be operated
manually by means of an Allen key, 3 mm.
1. Unscrew the power plug at the servomotor. See fig. 6.
2. Remove the red cap at the side of the servomotor.
3. Insert the Allen key and turn it to the right or to the left, until
the servomotor is set to the desired container battery.
Observe the respective signal lamps at the control panel.

7.4 Replacing the ball valve
This section refers to fig. 10.
Clean the removed parts thoroughly with warm water
immediately after dismantling.
Caution
Before reassembling make sure, that all parts are TM04 8976 4214
clean, dry and undamaged!
The change-over device consists of a 3-way ball valve, a
mounting flange, a servomotor and a control panel. The mounting
flange consists of the upper flange part and the lower flange part.

9. Disposal

Wenn nötig, alle Produktoberflächen mit einem trockenen und
sauberen Tuch reinigen.

• Die Dichtheit des gesamten Systems muss monatlich geprüft

gründlich mit warmem Wasser reinigen.

Der Umschalter besteht aus einem 3-Wege-Kugelhahn, einem Abb. 10 Kugelventil demontieren
