Albion Land is planning the development of a major distribution and manufacturing park
strategically located to the east of the M40 at junction 10 (A43 and Cherwell Services).
Expressions of interest from occupiers and investors are being encouraged.

1,000,000 sq ft are envisaged with ample scope for cross
dock facilities, as detailed on the indicative layout.Indicative Site 2 layout Site 2 is 59 acres (24 hectares) and has a long frontage to the A43. The site has the potential for total development of approximately 1,200,000 sq ft (111,500 sq m). It is ideally suited to a single self-contained facility, as detailed on the indicative layout.
